Information BAPNet collects

BAPNet collects information to provide better services to all of our Users and Admins. For Admins, we collect your business contact details and website content information that you enter when you set up your site. For Users, we collect anonymous usage statistics through Google Analytics, and your details that are entered through the Website(s) contact / booking request forms.

Information BAPNet gets from any Users’ use of the Website. BAPNet collect information about the services that Users use and how Users use them.

Whenever Admins use our services, BAPNet aims to provide Users with access to your business information. If that information is wrong, BAPNet strives to give Admins ways to update it quickly or to delete it – unless BAPNet has to keep that information for legitimate business or legal purposes. When updating your personal information, BAPNet may ask Admins to verify their identity before BAPNet can act on your request.

BAPNet may reject requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort (for example, developing a new system or fundamentally changing an existing practice), risk the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests concerning information residing on backup systems).

Where BAPNet can provide information access and correction, BAPNet will do so for free, except where it would require a disproportionate effort. BAPNet aims to maintain our services in a manner that protects information from accidental or malicious destruction. Because of this, after Admins delete information from our services, BAPNet may not immediately delete residual copies from our active servers and may not remove information from our backup systems.
